After an encounter on the train--which is resolved when Johnny changes into the Green Mask and saves his pals--the criminals later capture the three children and toss Beeswax and Suzie off a cliff into a river. Johnny becomes the Green Mask once more. He rescues Beeswax and Suzie, then defeats the gang. |

This compels Cuthbert to rush out into the street in his pajamas, causes him to wind up in jail, incurs a hefty fee for cabs to drive the coat-less ladies home, and then he's required to return all of the garments to their owners. |
