Comment: OVERESTREET'S COMIC BOOK GUIDE says that Top Adventure Comics #2 reprints Red Seal #22. OVERSTREET also says Red Seal #22 has a Rocketman appearance, i.e., story. But this download of Top Adventure #2 has no Rocketman story. Perhaps it would be helpful to note that in the download description.
