Comment: Although he is supposed to be disfigured, Pretty Boy's face looks fairly normal except for his wild, staring eyes. For some reason his face was altered before the rest of the panels on that page were completed, perhaps to avoid competing with that Dick Tracy grotesque, the Blank, who was also a disfigured criminal wearing a mask.
