I saw the Basil Wolverton story before reading the comments. Oddly his name has been blacked out on the first splash page. I also love Wolverton's work. I've never seen this one reprinted. Thanks so much.

Synopsis:
A doctor oversees a blood transfusion between a woman and a zombie.
A woman and her lover try to drive her husband crazy by amplifying sounds and claiming he's hearing things, but he discovers their plan and turns the tables on them. He locks them in a cell and drives them insane with the incessant dripping of a leaky faucet.
A greedy man follows an old rich man who never smiles to his cave. Hoping to kill the old man and steal his money, he learns the hard way why the old man never smiled. He has razor sharp fangs that enjoy draining the blood of his victims.
