Synopsis: Malee and Durva promise Sean gold if he gets her magic belt back from the crow that's stolen it. They shrink him in size and he wins through, with the help of the friendly spider Spirra. When all is done they restore him in size, and give him his gold.

Comic Story (9 pages) The Gorilla God
Featuring: Ghanga
Synopsis: The villagers believe monkeys to be sacred creatures, letting the monkeys eat their fill even as the people starve. The maharaja imports a caged gorilla to show that apes and monkeys are only animals. Believing that the gorilla is a god, and that its caging has led to a drought, villagers free the ape at the cost of two lives. Ghanga and the maharaja recapture the gorilla, after which the rains come, proving that the gorilla is not supernatural.

Comic Story (10 pages) Puma Peril

Synopsis: Strong Bow and Little Fox hunt a white puma kit for sacrifice, but Strong Bow is wounded. Little Fox goes on alone and makes the capture, but then catches his foot in the cleft of a rock. Whipping his bowstring around the mother puma, he provokes her inadvertently to pull him free, and he releases the kit in gratitude.
