First chapter art by Joe Kubert? At least the inks are by Kubert. The other chapters look as if they're drawn by Carmine Infantino - not sure of the inking though.

I think the first story was penciled by Carmine Infantino. The city designs and poses give him away. Definitely Kubert inks. Nice story!
