Given that M.E. titles appeared on the newsstand two to three weeks before their actual calendar date and that "Jet Powers" was a roughly quarterly title, an estimated "cover" date of April-June 1951 seems reasonable and fits in well with the known and estimated dates of other A-1 issues.
