Notes: The indicia only has "Printed in U. S. A.", but the contributing page on the inside back cover does list "World Color Printing Company" as one of those, so that's likely where it was printed. It also lists "Post Photo-Engraving Co.", so they likely were the engravers. The contributing page also lists Jack Kirby as a contributor; but no sequence seems to be credited to or signed by him. Closest seems to be illustration on the Flags of the United Nations sequence, which looks similar to Kirby, but the signature on it does not. Or maybe he did the cover with Joe Simon (who is also mentioned as a contributor).
