Notes: This comic was probably released in 1948 when the movie short with the same name was released by the California Prune and Apricot Growers Association and promoted and shown throughout 1948 until 1950 (with reruns on TV throughout the 1950s).
The movie was available originally from the Association's Sales and Advertising Manager. Also, the Association is mentioned significantly within the comic book itself, and therefore are the most likely publishers.
William C. Popper appears to have been the producer and creator of the comic book. The comic book was distributed by SunSweet Prunes. California Prune and Apricot Growers Association was the farmer's co-operative that grew SunSweet Prunes.
