1919 - 600 dpi cover to cover scan.
Originally photographed for the 5th anniversary of the Digital Comic Museum, this book is now fully scanned!
It is the oldest comic in my collection, and one of my earliest Golden Age purchases bought back in 2000 or 2001 while I was still in high school!
However, it was too big for a regular scanner and is very delicate.
Now, with slow and careful work, it has been scanned at 600dpi on an A3 scanner and presented in it's full-size.

(25.4 Cm X 25.4 Cm) Paper Stock: Stiff Cardboard Cover; Newsprint Interior Binding: Cloth Bound Publishing Format: Collected Edition Notes: Copyright, 1919, International Feature Service, Inc. A Cupples & Leon ad in the September 15, 1920 issue of The Bookseller, Newsdealer and Stationer lists the book's retail price as 25 cents. The on-sale date was most likely August 7, 1919. The Copyright Office filings for the first and second books in the series appear to have been transposed somehow. The date reported for this second book is March 4, 1919, but the first book's publication date is reported as August 7. This second book also includes strips that were published in newspapers after March 4, which makes it all but impossible that it was published on that date.
