Although the Black Hood is on the cover, and despite the fact that at least two other issues of Roly Poly (#1 & #10) do indeed have MLJ material, this issue (#15 on the cover, Vol.2 #6 in the indicia) is comprised of features for an entire issue of Blue Circle.
