Comment: Defiant1 has shared the following proof this book is a Charlton title: Triple Threat Comics #1 is attributed as being a "lost" Charlton comic. Holyoke was evidently a sub-contractor. http://charltonlibrary.blogspot.com/2013/10/triple-threat-comics-lost-charlton.html "Special Action Comics" is believed to be a name Charlton used. BIP Comics lists it as being part of the Charlton family of publisher names used. http://www.bipcomics.com/showcase/logos/index.php Here's an article talking about the address being associated with Charlton. http://www.firstcomicsnews.com/the-charlton-comics-mystique-part-7/
