Synopsis: Claire grew up in an orphanage and is bitter about her life there. When she becomes a radio announcer, Claire gives newscaster Grant anonymous tips about poor conditions at the orphanage. New director Dan complains this information is outdated. Claire feigns interest and even though she sees improvements have been made, still wants revenge. Claire dates Dan to get the inside story, and eventually changes her mind. Dan discovers she’s been spreading the false stories and breaks up with her. A repentant Claire spearheads a fundraising campaign for the orphanage and Dan forgives her.

Even though she learns this was a deliberate scheme of Greg and Elise, Kay doesn’t care.
