Now paper, except the comic was coverless and back page was missing, so: ifc, ibc, and pages 63-4 are from darkmark's old fiche.
Fc & bc from HAG.
Also, the front page was damaged with a large chunk torn off, so pages 1-2 have been edited by yoc using dm's fiche.
