This is a hybrid book, the majority of the story pages are scanned from an incomplete
and damaged book. So (deep breath) the fc comes from the GCD, ifc, ibc and bc from
issue #23 to replace the heavily taped cover. The story / text pages that were either
missing or too damaged to use have been replaced / filled with those from Narfstar's version.
It makes this cover to cover with no damaged pages. Thanks to Yoc for his advice on this one!
