Marcia was introduced to Jerry, who saw through her pose because he is a salesman doing the same thing as she was: pretending to be rich in hopes of finding a wealthy mate. Marcia realized Al is the man she loves, but Al discovered what she did and broke up with her. Mr. Daily advises Marcia to admit her error and ask Al to take her back.
