I'm pretty sure a return is where dealers cut or tear the top portion of the front cover of a comic to get a credit for an unsold book from the publisher. These books were suppose to be destroyed but most ended up being sold years later. Then again the scanners [-cf] and [coupon cut] might want to set me straight on that. |
