However, the confidence she gained while dating Gil will allow Judy to have a happy social life of her own.

Synopsis: Nurse Julie loves Dr. Roy, then catches him with another woman. Julie runs away and catches pneumonia, losing her will to live. In the hospital, nurse Amy tells Julie her own story: she fell in love with Tom, but discovered he drank too much and was a draft dodger. Amy then fell in love with Greg and feared he was also avoiding military service until she learned he worked for military intelligence. They were married and Greg was killed in the war a month later. Julie decides to ask Roy to explain: he says the woman she saw was his cousin. Julie and Roy get back together.
