Synopsis: Kit runs her own ad agency. She belittles the competent work of account executive George just to assert her dominance. She agrees to have dinner with George, and is given a makeover by her secretary Ceil. George kisses Kit and although she likes it, she fires him. George starts his own agency and competes with Kit for a big account. The businessman says he wants them to work together on the campaign. Kit and George admit they are in love and decide on a professional and personal merger.

He takes her to the house he shares with his mother and sister. They fall in love, but Anne doesn’t want Vic to get involved in her troubles. She asks Leo to drop the robbery charges, but he says he wants her to pay for hitting him. However, Vic and the police overhear him, and Anne is cleared.

Ruth and her friend Doris are picked up by crooks Frankie and Vic, who try to coerce them into providing an alibi for a robbery they just committed. Ruth flees to Will’s boat and they sail away. They will soon be married.
