This is the second issue of the 1953 series (Master Comics imprint). Since we are using v1 to reference the original 1951 series and v2 to reference the 1953 series (where the numbering was restarted), I believe this should actually be Romantic Hearts v2 002 (even though the indicia refers to this second series as Vol 1). Otherwise, we have no way to distinguish between this issue and the issue #2 from June 1951.
