Copyright number 444866. Produced by Chesler Publications for the fledgling M.L.J Magazines, Inc. Louis H. Silberkleit is recorded as editor on the first published Statement of Ownership for October 1st, 1939. Abner J. Sundell was working as editor for Louis Silberkleit's pulp publications and could have acted as editor on the early M.L.J comic books.
