The Return of Dr. Skull |
| Synopsis: |
Thinking Dr. Skull dead, but bewildered by the fact that Skull's body has not been found, Blazer contacts Dr. Morgan by Visophone, who introduces him to his niece. Just then, the image is disrupted and screams are heard. Blazer sets out for Washington to save him, but discovers an invading forces dropping bombs on the Capitol, and seeks to deal with them while Skull captures the doctor and niece, and his Heat Control formula. Blazer manages to save them and Skull apparently dies. |

The Faked Death of Garboil |
| Synopsis: |
While filming "Mr. Brown goes to Washington," Commander Jones invites Garboil's cast to a party. Jones has invented a bombsight to use against the Axis powers. He is kidnapped from the party and Black Cat and Rick separately decide to investigate. They find Garboil dead. They trace Garboil's killers and Jones' kidnappers to a boat on its way to meet a U-boat. They stop the Nazis and rescue both Jones and Garboil, who is alive. They discover that the dead Garboil was the director's twin, Fritz, who abandoned the Nazis when he saw how Americans lived. |
