"Herewith a good ol' Davy Crockett, issue 4 of the Miller reprints from about 1956. This issue has the same cover as # 4 of the U.S. Charlton series from 1955, but as it has yet to be indexed on the GCD, I can't tell if it carries the same stories. The second story 'Forest Runners' I have previously scanned, being also in an earlier scan of an Australian Davy Crockett issue.
No-one seems to have yet done any scans of the other Brit/Aust. Crockett issues, so yet another big hole needs filling. All you former 'King of the Wild Frontier' fans get searching..."
