Hello. According to GCD, this issue is a 68-pager. Is it though? Because the one here is only a 60-pager.

This book follows Hangman #8 which was a 60pg book. None of the listings for this one on Heritage mention any features not included in the scan here. I'm going to suggest the GCD might be wrong in their page count listing.
