National Comics #20 – February 1942.

Based on the adverts on the inside front and back covers, the following all have the same three ad pages for the inside front, inside back and back covers.

Crack Comics #21 – February 1942
Feature Comics #52 – January 1942
Hit Comics #20 – February 1942
Military Comics #7 – February 1942
Police Comics #7 – February 1942
Smash Comics #30 – January 1942

It's therefore reasonable to assume that National Comics #20 would have the same inside back cover as the above issues, based on the known inside front and back covers for that issue.
