I SOLD this book to Ranger, and I'm Thrilled by what a great job he's done with it. BRAVO! It makes me want to scan my entire Wolverton collection, but the questionable status of stuff like the Powerhouse Pepper comics -- The Wolverton Estate obviously has issues with Marvel's questionable-at-best compensation terms for its Masterworks editions, which obviously don't sell in huge numbers for the Golden Age editions-- leaves the options few and far between.
Anyone know the status of Candy Comics and Horsefeathers? The Wolverton material in there is crying out for exposure to the hungry masses! |
