A c2c presentation, pulled together from an incomplete book in JVJ's collection, generously loaned to narfstar, who scanned it. It was missing the cover, 2 outer wraps and centerfold. The front and back cover scans are from Heritage, and the other missing pages are borrowed from Darkmark's fiche edition of the book. Thanks one and all to the providers.
