This issue reprints three Sunday strips (inside front, back and back covers--Winnie does not appear in these). The rest of the issue are daily strips which consist of four panels printed side to side modified for comic books (Winnie changes her dress every fifth panel). Copyright dates have been removed except for the back cover which is copyright 1941.
