| Synopsis: |
Marie gives up dancing to marry Bill, but transfers her ambition to her daughter Sally who begins to regularly win amateur dancing contests. When Bill gets a promotion in Chicago, Marie refuses to leave New York so Sally can stay for a television audition. But Sally doesn't want to dance; she hates dancing, wants to have fun like other children and wants her daddy back. Marie realises she has been stupid and heads to Chicago. |
