Formerly missing ad, ibc -DocQuantum scans
Broken ifc fixed. Missing final ad, ibc and bc added to complete the scan.

Comment: I don't think this is missing the ibc/bc. It's the same 52 pages as the others in that part of the run, an eBay ad for an apparently complete copy has that back cover, and the DocQuantum page makes no mention of damage. What it IS missing is a complete ifc, the file apparently being corrupted or the original scan failed.
