Formerly missing the IFC and IBC, filled from eBay and a better PROPER cover from HA.

Amended the story running order. The eBay scans indicate the following order rather than that shown at the GCD -

1. The Door. 2. Ready.. Action.. Camera! 3. The Store at the Cemetery.
4. The Wall of Flesh!.

Comment:	Not sure the fix worked out too well tbh! Some ads added but the cover has been edited with the right side reduced unnecessarily - also the stories order has been changed (wrongly according to GCD). A very good issue with quite decent scans from a tatty copy. I've just noticed the blurred edge problem with my own scans even though I thought they were pressed flat against the glass - I had no idea scanners were so hyper-sensitive to depth. Sold the comics as well!
