Comment: I had never heard of it either. I just saw it mentioned in the Public Domain Heroes Wiki, which said the title was a rebinding of remainder comics, so each issue contained different comics.

Ricci successfully traps Mr. E at Dorrence's mother's home, but the Messengers of Justice help save the day, and Dorrence is released from prison.
